Shipping Terms We Offer
FOB (Free On Board)
We deliver the goods to the port of departure (typically Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, or Qingdao). You arrange and pay for shipping from there. This is the most common term for experienced importers.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
We arrange and pay for shipping and insurance to your destination port. You handle customs clearance and local delivery. This is the most popular option for first-time importers.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We handle everything — shipping, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and local delivery to your door. You receive the goods without any additional logistics work. Available for select markets.
Shipping Documentation
We provide a complete set of shipping documents with every order:
· Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
· Commercial Invoice
· Packing List
· Certificate of Origin (CI)
· Insurance Certificate (for CIF shipments)
· Customs Export Declaration
· Phytosanitary Certificate (for agricultural products)

Packaging for Export
All products are professionally packed for international shipping:
· Inner packaging: Polybag, blister card, or color box depending on product
· Outer packaging: Export-standard cartons with product labels
· Palletization: Goods palletized and stretch-wrapped for container loading
· Fragile items: Foam inserts, bubble wrap, and corner protection
