Technical Specifications & Craftsmanship:
Filigree jewelry production involves more than 10 manual steps:
1. Metal Pulling: Precious metal is pulled into extremely fine wires, some as thin as human hair
2. Twisting: Multiple wires are twisted together to create stronger, more decorative strands
3. Weaving: Wires are woven into intricate patterns and shapes
4. Soldering: Individual components are soldered together to form the basic structure
5. Inlaying: Gemstones, enamel, or other decorative materials are carefully inlaid into the filigree structure
6. Polishing & Finishing: The piece is polished to a high shine and undergoes quality inspection
Each piece takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 months to complete, depending on complexity. All our filigree jewelry is made from high-quality materials and undergoes strict quality control to ensure durability and beauty.

Craftsmanship Process
1. Wire Drawing: Silver is drawn through progressively smaller dies until reaching the desired thickness (0.08-0.15mm for fine filigree, 0.3-0.5mm for structural elements).
2. Wire Preparation: The fine wire is twisted, flattened, or left round depending on the pattern requirement. Multiple wires may be twisted together to create textured effects.
3. Pattern Weaving: Using tweezers and specialized tools, the artisan hand-weaves the wire into intricate patterns — floral scrolls, geometric designs, cloud motifs, or auspicious symbols.
4. Assembly: Woven components are assembled onto a silver framework using silver solder. The piece is heated to fuse joints without melting the fine wire details.
5. Gemstone Setting: Natural gemstones (jade, coral, turquoise, pearl, ruby, sapphire) are set using traditional bezel or prong settings.
6. Finishing: The piece is pickled to remove oxidation, polished to achieve the desired luster, and inspected for quality.
