How to Order from Siyunjo International
Ordering from Siyunjo International is simple and transparent. Follow these 6 steps to receive your products from China with confidence.

Step 2: Receive Your Quotation

Step 3: Sample Evaluation (Recommended)
For new products, we strongly recommend ordering samples before bulk production:
· Sample cost: At production cost plus shipping
· Sample lead time: 7-15 days depending on product complexity
· Sample cost refund: Refundable upon bulk order confirmation (minimum $3,000-$5,000 depending on product)
We ship samples via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for fast delivery.



Step 4: Place Your Order
Once you approve the sample and pricing:
1. Sign the sales contract or proforma invoice
2. Pay the deposit (typically 30% via T/T bank transfer)
3. We confirm the order and begin production



Step 5: Production & Quality Control
During production, we:
· Conduct pre-production inspection
· Provide weekly progress reports with photos
· Conduct during-production inspection at 30% and 70% completion
· Conduct final random inspection (AQL 2.5) before shipment
· Share inspection photos and report for your approval



Step 6: Shipping & Delivery
After quality approval:
1. Pay the balance (70% before shipment)
2. We arrange shipping based on your preferred terms (FOB, CIF, or DDP)
3. We provide all shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin
4. We provide real-time tracking until goods arrive at your destination



Payment Methods
· T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
· L/C (Letter of Credit): Accepted for orders above $50,000
