· Suitable for standard product sourcing with established suppliers.
· Minimum commission $500 per order.
2. Fixed Fee Model:
· $500-$5,000 per project depending on complexity and scope.
· Suitable for one-time projects, product development, or specialized sourcing requirements.
3. Retainer Model:
· $1,000-$3,000 per month for ongoing sourcing support.
· Includes supplier research, price negotiation, quality inspection coordination, and logistics management.
4. Inspection-Only Service:
· $200-$800 per inspection day depending on product complexity and location.
