Our Quality Control Process
At Siyunjo International, quality is not just a promise — it is a systematic process. We implement a rigorous 3-stage quality control protocol on every order, ensuring that the products you receive meet your exact specifications and international standards.
Stage 1: Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
Before production begins, we verify:
· Raw material quality and specifications
· Component specifications against your requirements
· Production readiness and capacity assessment
· Supplier’s understanding of quality standards and deadlines
This stage catches potential issues before they become problems, saving time and money.
Stage 2: During-Production Inspection (DPI)
While production is in progress (typically at 30% and 70% completion), we check:
· Workmanship and assembly quality
· Dimensional accuracy against specifications
· Compliance with approved samples
· Packaging material quality
· Production timeline adherence
We provide you with photo and video updates so you can see the progress firsthand.
Stage 3: Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Before shipment, we conduct a final inspection following AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards per ISO 2859 / ANSI ASQ Z1.4:
· AQL 2.5 normal level for general consumer products
· AQL 1.0 or 0.65 for higher precision requirements
· Random sampling from finished goods
· Comprehensive check of appearance, function, dimensions, and packaging
Third-Party Inspection Available
For clients who require additional verification, we can arrange independent inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or TUV Rheinland at your cost. We coordinate the inspection schedule and provide all necessary documentation.

Our Quality Promise
If products fail to meet the agreed specifications at final inspection, we will not ship. We work with the supplier to rectify issues or arrange replacement production before any goods leave the factory.
